Goucher College and BCPS Partnership for Fully Online Graduate Courses
 FALL 2020

Registration begins Monday, August 10, 2020 for the Fall session.  Most classes are 7 weeks in length (semester dates adjusted due to COVID 19).  There are two sessions this fall (see dates below). These Goucher Graduate courses are for non-matriculating students. 
  • Term1 starts Monday, August 24, 2020 and ends Friday, October 9, 2020. 
  • Term 2 starts Saturday, October 10, 2020 and ends Wednesday, November 25, 2020
  • Last day to add/drop Term 1 courses for the Fall session is Friday August 28, 2020. 
  • Last day to add/drop Term 2 courses for the Fall session is Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
Please click on the attached chart for classes and dates.  All courses for BCPS employees in the BCPS Educator’s Institute end with the numbers 002. Please sign up for only these sections to get the BCPS discount. The discount means that BCPS educators pay $300.00 per credit and a $60 per credit registration fee. The cost is paid up front by the educator. BCPS employees may request the reimbursement for which they are eligible by following the process managed by the BCPS Office of Certification.   • Educator Institute classes are offered as professional development opportunities for Prek-12 teachers and administrators for graduate credit (002 sections).  Section 002 Educator Institute courses are non-degree courses and do not automatically count toward a master’s degree program or toward financial aid eligibility.  If a student is interested in applying section 002 credit toward a Goucher Master’s degree, Goucher will accept up to 12 credits total in transfer but the student must initiate a transfer request through the Registrar. 
  • You will receive an email registration confirmation to your BCPS email within 48 hours of your registration. Please note the registration email may show up in your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact the Goucher Graduate office at graduateprograms@goucher.edu or call 410-337-6047 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Courses are accessible on the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) 24 hours before the course begins. 
  • If you have previously enrolled at Goucher College in the past, please continue to use your login credentials to access courses. If you have the username but cannot remember your password, please use this link to use the Password Management tool. If you do not remember your username, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@goucher.edu for assistance. 
  • If this is your first time enrolling with Goucher College, you should receive your login credentials to your BCPS email within 48 hours of registration on the webform. NOTE: If you have received your enrollment confirmation but not your login credentials, please contact helpdesk@goucher.edu for assistance.

 If you take more than 12.0 graduate credits at Goucher College you must matriculate.  Matriculation is of no cost. That means that you must enroll in a program of study. Programs of study are available at:  Goucher Graduate Programs of Study.  Please call 410-337-6200 to arrange to speak with a graduate program advisor.  Please note: Financial Aid is not available for non-matriculating students.
